Religare Enterprises IPO Subscribed 152 Times

MUMBAI: Initial public offering of Religare Enterprises was subscribed 152 times on Thursday, last day of the issue.

According to the NSE website, till 5pm, the 75.76-lakh share issue received 115.66 crore bids. Around 14.43 bids were at cut-off price. The price band is Rs 160-185 per share.

Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 175 times the 45.45 lakh shares on offer, non-institutional investors bid 150 times the allotted 7.57 lakh shares and retailers bid 45 times the 22,72,831 shares reserved, according to an official involved with the issue.
